Job Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating freight and products to meet customer demands while maintaining inventory and tracking requirements. This role includes responsibilities such as determining shipping container sizes, communicating with staff, printing shipment paperwork, and performing inventory transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a shipping clerk, inventory clerk, or receiving clerk role in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Experience monitoring and tracking inventory levels.
- Experience coordinating and communicating internally and externally regarding shipment updates.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Email (Outlook) and Excel (formulas, opening tabs, adding/deleting columns/rows).
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Epicore software
