Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily route manifest logs, verify receiving and shipping windows, and update hot parts boards when expedited parts arrive. Track trailer movements, input incoming receipts, and maintain accurate paperwork for part inventory, packing slips, and returnable containers. Diligently record seat shipping system data, manage truckload utilization, and coordinate logistics to and from outside warehouses. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, CTPAT requirements, and BOS standards while working minimum supervision. Maintain up-to-date forklift license and Excel/ERP skills. Work the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) at Adient's Normal facility, supporting production and supermarket lines of replenishment for automotive seating.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Inventory Coordination, or similar field Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution
- Must have up-to-date forklift license
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to work 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience (a big plus)
- Experienced with Microsoft Applications including Excel
- ERP Knowledge
- Trainable
