Job Summary
Shipping Clerk responsible for checking in freight in the shipping office, creating labels for mail packets, scanning to truck, checking SOAs and converting to route, running bills and driver packets, preparing BOLs for cross-dock trailers, organizing driver paperwork, and coordinating with traffic. Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong time-management and multitasking abilities, effective written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Second shift (4:30pm–1:00am) and full-time employment with comprehensive benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
- Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
