Job Summary
JBS USA is seeking an hourly 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk Team Member starting at $22 per hour with a $1/hour shift differential. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of inventory and shipping functions, maintaining inventory records, processing inbound/outbound documentation, handling local shipments, converting picklists to computer records, ensuring accuracy of outgoing orders, identifying and resolving shipping errors, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with company personnel and management, timely reporting, completing records and reports, and supporting special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving process and documentation
- Knowledge of inventory and shipping procedures
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use and learn multiple internal systems
- Experience with inbound and outbound shipping documentation
- Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
- Work with a team and be flexible with work schedule
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
