Job Summary
Perform quality control reviews of orders, check-in shipments, and aggregate goods for parcel and LTL carrier delivery. Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents, labels, and reports while recording weight, charges, and space availability. Assemble orders, package items, and maintain a clean working environment with necessary equipment. Adhere to safety requirements and follow procedures for operating machinery and handling products. Work 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend availability as required. This role supports Taylor Warehouse & Fulfillment's mission to power marketing communication solutions for major brands.
Required Qualifications
- Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to operate machinery
- Must be able to handle products including print materials
- Must be able to move inside the facility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Pick/Packing
- Experience with UPS and FedEx software
