Job Summary
Shipping Associate – Chocolate Factory: Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing chocolate products for shipment, verifying orders for accuracy, labeling packages and preparing shipping documentation, operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely, maintaining inventory and assisting with stock organization, coordinating with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines, inspecting products and packaging for quality standards, keeping shipping and storage areas clean and organized, and following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, teamwork, and basic inventory systems knowledge; forklift certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Forklift certification is a plus
