Shipping Cell Lead - 1st Shift - $27.00/hr

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a production team to ensure manufacturing operations meet volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality standards. Manage time and resources through independent decision-making while resolving technical and resource issues regarding equipment, process, and people. Track relevant metrics, record efficiency issues, and promote operational excellence by driving continuous improvement, 5S, and safety programs. Lead a small production team within one manufacturing line, ensuring all members are adequately trained, follow standardized work, and complete quality records accurately. Complete repetitive tasks and follow procedures along with written and verbal instructions on the production line. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a focus on reliability and enhancing team performance.
