Shipping Associate

Shipping Associate responsible for assembling orders, preparing goods for shipment, labeling, packaging, and ensuring accurate invoicing and inventory. Performs daily packing tasks, prints receipts, cross-checks software for accuracy, communicates shortages to management, prepares inventory for shipment, bands and shrink-wraps pallets, and ensures shipments meet company standards. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts). Strong attention to detail, knowledge of packaging standards, and familiarity with order processing/shipping systems (e.g., WMS) are preferred. Bilingual Spanish a plus; HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0-2 years of experience expected. Must work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment and adhere to safety requirements.
