Job Summary
Check and verify customer orders, ensuring items are correct and packed securely to prevent transit damage. Print shipping labels, affix them properly, and handle required documentation while coordinating with carriers like UPS and FedEx for timely dispatch. Inspect items before shipping to confirm quality and maintain accurate stock levels by alerting supervisors to shortages. Communicate with customers or vendors regarding order status, returns, or damages as needed. Perform heavy lifting, bending, and pushing pallet jacks while operating equipment such as label scanners and forklifts when certified.
