Job Summary
Manage daily e-commerce operations by retrieving customer orders, selecting products, and accurately packing and shipping them within specified timeframes. Utilize the HCL operating system to confirm order status, skillfully package items for external carriers, and operate company handhelds, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Provide friendly greetings to customers within a ten-foot radius, assist with receiving activities during low order periods, and use general office equipment. Participate in cross-training, learning initiatives, and other duties as assigned while maintaining safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and maintain a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, adapting schedules, and plans as necessary.
- Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit.
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
- Able to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related activities.
