Shipping Associate

Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy, maintaining detailed records of all transactions and warehouse operations. Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink-wrap machines, then load orders onto trucks for daily post office deliveries. Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Work the 1st shift from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday or Sunday coverage during the busy season from September to December.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time

- Proven experience as a Shipping Associate or similar role
- Good communication skills
