Shipping Associate

Job Summary
Verify packing lists for accuracy, ensuring correct products, quantities, lots, and serial numbers match picked items. Prepare, pack, and process customer orders for shipment using the ERP system and carrier software. Safely operate equipment including dry/wet tape dispensers, pallet jacks, and scales while processing domestic and international parcels. Collaborate with freight forwarders to schedule pickups and complete shipping documentation such as SLI's, invoices, and BOL's. Assist with stocking materials, optimizing organization, and participating in inventory counts. Comply with Health and Safety procedures and report deviations. Calculate shipping costs, weights, and dimensions as needed. Full-time non-exempt role with standard hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday in Malvern.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer/technology skills
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with international shipments
- Handling dangerous/hazardous shipments
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50lbs with or without assistance
- Reliable transportation to commute on-site in Malvern 5 days/week
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations and familiarity with international shipments, and handling dangerous/hazardous shipments is a plus
