SHIPPING ASSOCIATE (ES)

Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, documenting, and moving raw materials to support uninterrupted production. Performs inbound material verification, maintains inventory accuracy, and prepares materials for internal movement or outbound shipments. Operates forklift, reach lift, high lift, and scanners to retrieve product, create master pallet labels, and transport items to shipping/production/raw receiving areas. Maintains safety, food safety, and quality standards (HACCP, FDA, OSHA) and keeps a clean, organized workspace. Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Distribution teams; may rotate to various functions within the department and cross-train as needed. Strong communication with Supervisors/Managers and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical
- high school diploma or related (preferred)
- previous forklift/scanner/high lift/scissor lift experience (preferred)
