Job Summary
Pick and pack products for distribution and perform visual inspections to ensure order accuracy. Ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment, utilizing pre-located items to streamline the process. Perform duties including collating, sorting, filling, and lifting up to 35 lbs regularly. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with peak days starting at 4:30am. No warehouse searching is required as all items are positioned directly behind each station.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
- Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
- Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
- Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
- Able to climb stairs
