Shipping Assistant (Part Time)

Job Summary
Assemble and package wine orders for direct-to-consumer nationwide shipping, pulling reports via ShipCompliant and C7 while printing labels with UPS Worldship. Check every bottle for label or capsule deficiencies, wrap them in logo tissue, and monitor quality standards for received packaging supplies. Assist with inventory reconciliation for offsite events, request wine as needed, and notify the Wine Club Coordinator of stock issues. Provide delivery for remote tasting room locations and manage multiple projects while maintaining neat work areas and adhering to state compliance laws. Work Monday through Thursday with occasional weekends, lifting 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Requires a current driver's license, clean driving record, and proficiency with Vin65, Microsoft Office, and department-specific software.
Required Qualifications
- A current Driver's License and a clean/good driving record
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use Vin65, ShipCompliant, UPS WorldShip, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and department-specific related software programs
- Ability to work holidays as required
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
