Shipping Assistant

Coordinate international and domestic shipments by preparing export documents (commercial invoices, shipper's instruction letters, carrier waybills, shipper’s export declarations), coordinating with import brokers, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. Manage post-clearance activities, provide shipment tracking and routing support, assist sales with documentation needs, negotiate rates as needed, and identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and KPIs. Travel may be required as part of transportation operations. Work with carriers to ensure pricing and service levels, and support record-keeping in accordance with retention policies.
