Job Summary
Shipping Clerk / Warehouse Flex role responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate shipments and compliant documentation. Responsibilities include verification of customer orders to achieve 100% shipment accuracy, picking and staging materials from inventory, packaging shipments to preserve product integrity, maintaining precise shipping records, operating shipping systems (WorldShip, Ship Manager), generating shipping labels and bills of lading, and ensuring compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMO regulations. Follow ISO standards and internal quality procedures, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, reach trucks) to optimize workflow. First-shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with periodic overtime. Education: High School Diploma preferred; GED accepted. Experience: Minimum 6 months shipping or warehouse experience. Skills: strong organization, attention to detail, basic math, reading/writing, communication, adaptability, and basic computer proficiency.
