Shipping and Receiving Technician

Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing medications for safe distribution with appropriate packaging, ice packs, and protective padding. Determine shipping methods based on routes and rates, affix labels, postage, and identify instructions. Unpack deliveries, reject damaged items, log shortages, and communicate discrepancies to the Inventory Manager. Manage inventory integrity by rotating products, monitoring expiration dates, and removing expired stock for destruction. Maintain logs for fridge temperatures and generator runtime, while serving as a courier to deliver prescriptions locally to hospital advocates. Assist with other technician duties as specified.
