Job Summary
Manage product quality before final shipment and handle periodic deliveries and pickups while safely lifting 50 pounds. Execute flatbed packing for safe loads, ensuring accuracy and completeness of goods to minimize damage and meet customer requirements. Utilize EPICOR ERP or similar systems and interpret blueprints and written documents. Provide feedback to the team, departments, and supervisor to support continuous improvement and team building. Maintain a positive work environment by following all company procedures and policies, remaining flexible with scheduled hours to accommodate shipping needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of product packaging methods
- Working knowledge of flatbed packing
- Flexibility with scheduled hours
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
- Good communication skills
- CDL or willing to obtain CDL
- Open-mindedness to new ideas and concepts
- Very good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel minimal to no travel
