Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Job Summary
Directly supervise 20–30 associates to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, pick-and-pack, and inventory management. Lead hourly Team Leads across multiple shifts to ensure performance metrics, productivity standards, and daily operational goals are met. Develop and monitor key performance indicators while establishing best practices to drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Coordinate activities with third-party warehouses, carriers, and vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, and Production teams. Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. Adjust working hours as needed to provide leadership coverage and support business requirements across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- BA or equivalent years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and/or logistics environment that included pick-and-pack and fulfillment enterprises
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse and distribution environment, preferably within a direct-to-customer business model
- Experience shipping and/or receiving domestic and international orders
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet riders, and manual and/or electric pallet jacks

- Ability to effectively communicate through department and one-on-one meetings

- Must be available onsite 5 days a week out of the Juneau, Wisconsin office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP (ERP system)
- Experience working with FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and/or third-party logistics partners
