Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations in a refrigerated warehouse on a 7:00pm–7:00am 12-hour rotation. Supervises hourly staff (forklift drivers, order checkers, order builders), assigns tasks, conducts shift huddles, and supports onboarding and training. Oversees inbound receipt and outbound shipment, order picking, staging, loading, and final documentation accuracy. Maintains inventory accuracy using RFSmart and NetSuite ERP, conducts cycle counts, and reports discrepancies. Ensures safety compliance, PPE usage, GMPs, SQF, Organic, and Non-GMO standards, and coordinates with production, QA, and logistics. Requires strong leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Education and experience: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience in warehouse or distribution; ERP/WMS familiarity (NetSuite/RFSmart a strong plus). Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a cold, noisy environment; role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and on-time shipments and receiving.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
