Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Supervisor on the 2nd shift (7:00pm–7:00am) oversees day-to-day operations in a refrigerated warehouse, supervising forklift drivers, order checkers, and order builders; ensures inbound receipts, outbound shipments, accurate picking, staging, loading, and documentation; manages inventory accuracy using NetSuite ERP and RFSmart; enforces GMPs and safety protocols, and coordinates with production, QA, maintenance, planning, and logistics to meet on-time deliveries and safety goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
