Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including inspection, documentation, and tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP software)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
