Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Specialist responsible for picking and packing orders across multiple channels, receiving inbound raw materials, and maintaining FIFO-driven inventory. Duties include verifying order accuracy, packaging to premium unboxing standards, handling pallets with manual pallet jacks, breaking down pallets, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Supports production by organizing receiving of raw materials, collaborating with Production and Purchasing, and maintaining clean, organized fulfillment and receiving areas while meeting daily KPIs and seasonal volume demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, receiving, or similar roles
- Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and move palletized goods safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience receiving raw materials for manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Familiarity with WMS software or mobile scanning systems (preferred)
- Experience in plant-based, clean label, or artisan product environments (preferred)
