Job Summary
Verify incoming goods for LEI US – HSV, checking for external damage and ensuring accurate documentation before acceptance. Unpack shipments, transact purchase order receipts, and label items for physical inventory transfer. Prepare and package outgoing shipments adhering to compliance regulations, then book domestic and international pickups while monitoring delivery schedules. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand-trucks to move materials, perform cycle counts, and assemble kits for production and repair. Coordinate vendor returns and engage with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing to ensure timely shipments. Handle dangerous goods according to DOT, IATA, and Lithium Battery regulations. Maintain shipping logs and perform other tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accuracy in record keeping

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle or similar
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
- Availability for overtime
- Availability for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of TIPQA
- DOT / IATA / Lithium Battery shipper certification
