Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving specialist responsible for warehousing operations, material distribution, purchasing coordination, and inventory replenishment. Duties include receiving inbound shipments, processing outbound packages, fulfilling internal orders from central stock, coordinating with vendors on purchasing, campus inventory coordination and stock fulfillment, making delivery runs to campus pods, maintaining inventory accuracy in the system, and collaborating with Facilities trades, pod teams, and contractors for material allocation and replenishment.
