Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, and preparing outbound shipments. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with carriers, managing shipping documentation, and organizing a clean warehouse space. The coordinator will support Inside Parts Sales by assisting customers with inquiries, creating quotes, and processing sales orders, while collaborating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills: proven experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and shipping software
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus, but training provided)
