Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator responsible for checking in drivers for product pickup/drop-off, preparing paperwork (labels, BOLs, packing slips, tracking), maintaining inbound/outbound logs, compiling customer/client reports, coordinating daily shipment activities, and supporting warehouse functions with a focus on accuracy, safety, and effective communication. Must be able to operate MS Office (Excel/Word) and adapt to changing procedures; role requires attention to detail and ability to work independently in a warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service driven
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)
