Shipping And Receiving Coordinator

Conduct daily lift truck inspections, verify truck loading and unloading, and scan components into physical locations. Check packing lists against physical arrivals, record packaging damage on Bills of Lading, and reject items as necessary. Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and ensure containers are labeled with correct part numbers and quantities. Perform truck verification to confirm the right product goes on the correct truck and assist material handling or production when not performing shipping/receiving activities. Work overtime as needed while maintaining excellent attendance and safety standards.
