Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Clerk responsible for processing incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality, structuring and labeling outbound shipments, updating inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations. Duties include using inventory management systems, coordinating with carriers and suppliers, performing regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, resolving discrepancies, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and communicating effectively with team members and other departments. Skills and qualifications emphasized include familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ability to manage multiple tasks, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one (1) year of administrative experience
- Must possess and maintain a regular Class “E” Driver’s license
