Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Portables & Events)

Job Summary
Pull, inspect, prepare, package, and ship small event assets and express orders while receiving and processing incoming shipments accurately. Verify inventory availability to maintain accuracy, coordinate with warehouse and Fleet Services teams for timely fulfillment, and prepare shipping documentation. Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment like forklifts and order pickers, maintaining organized workspaces and following safety standards. Express shipments must be accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule, with inventory remaining organized and documentation timely. Work onsite in Addison, IL, five days per week, lifting up to 20 pounds and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work onsite in Addison, IL 5 days per week
- Diploma or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one year of related experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment operations
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day
- Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or willingness to become certified
