Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks, while utilizing RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure accuracy. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely to move products and perform packaging duties to prepare items for shipment. Process orders using warehouse management systems to fulfill e-commerce orders by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately. Maintain an organized workspace by stocking shelves and conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels. Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping routes and improve efficiency. Requires forklift certification and WMS familiarity; full-time role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software
- Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including order picking and packing
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution practices and inventory control
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
