Job Summary
Handle pricing, identify items by catalog number and description, verify quantities, and extend all items on customer orders. Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers, conduct sales and service at the counter and via phone, and service customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper handling. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution. Requires bilingual proficiency preferred, experience reading schematics for tool repairs, and customer-facing retail/service background. Located in Salt Lake City, UT, 1st shift M-F starting $20/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Experience reading schematics and determining parts needed for specific tool repairs
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a Retail/Service environment
- A high degree of integrity and accountability
- Dependability, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Superior customer service and salesmanship skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
