Job Summary
Conduct quality checks throughout production, unload incoming deliveries, and inspect materials while maintaining inventory accuracy. Prepare containers for movement to paint and wash areas, organize products for safe loading, and perform final inspections before shipment or customer pickup. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment by working closely with production, paint, and management teams to ensure all work meets company specifications. This trainee role offers a clear path to grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager position within a family-owned manufacturer.
