Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Associate in a Brookshire, TX warehouse environment responsible for receiving shipments, inspecting against POs and packing slips, processing goods in WMS, preparing outbound orders, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, operating forklifts/pallet jacks, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely shipments while following safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
