Shipping and Receiving - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices, record shortages, and reject damaged items. Put away and manage raw and finished goods inventory, then pull products to deliver to the production floor. Pick, wrap, and pack products for shipment using FedEx, UPS, and USPS systems while affixing identifying information. Operate forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment to load, unload, and transport goods. Assembles orders, records shipment data including weight and charges, and completes shipping and receiving reports. Work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Requires basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 25+ pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of operations of material handling equipment such as sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks
