Job Summary
Shipping and Powder Coat Supervisor overseeing daily operations of shipping and powder coat teams, assigning workload to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines, monitoring workflow, quality, and safety, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, training and developing employees, and driving process improvements to reduce downtime; requires 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/shipping/powder coating, Tekla PowerFab knowledge, forklift certification preferred, and ability to work overtime, weekends, and outdoors in varying weather; includes a comprehensive benefits package and emphasis on safety, inclusion, speed, innovation, accountability, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, shipping, powder coating or a related industrial environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively delegate work assignments
- Tekla PowerFab experience
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and material handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift Certified preferred
