Job Summary
Shipping and Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing outbound shipment administration for provincial boards, direct delivery customers, and wholesale partners across Canada. Coordinates purchase orders, shipping documentation, ASN submissions, transportation bookings, inventory records, and shipment tracking; collaborates with warehouse, production, sales, finance, and operations to support efficient product movement; prepares Bills of Lading, manifests, purchase orders, and pallet labels; ensures provincial requirements and deadlines are met; maintains shipping records, archives documentation, and inventory tracking; supports continuous improvement in logistics and shipping operations; requires strong Excel/Office skills and ERP experience (prefer Elevated Signals).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse administration, inventory coordination, supply chain, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
