Job Summary
Lead the Post-Production and Shipping teams on the 2nd shift to ensure on-time delivery and maintain high fulfillment standards. Oversee all aspects of order accuracy, generate customer-specific labels, verify labeling and etching standards, and resolve labeling issues in coordination with the Process Engineer. Prepare and verify shipping documentation for domestic and international orders using shipping software, maintain accurate inventory and records through WM/ERP updates, and train/supervise team members in Post-Production and Shipping processes to uphold safety, quality, and lean practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisor or team lead experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year)
- Experience in supply chain (1 year)
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems (1 year)
- Ability to read and interpret information on production orders, shipping documents, work instructions, or computer screens
