Job Summary
Prepare and package compounded medications for FedEx shipment, customizing boxes with client-specific branded materials and differentiating refrigerated from regular products. Scan and communicate patient inquiries via the customer app using tracking numbers, then monitor and follow up on all shipping delays or issues. Maintain clean working conditions, file packing lists, and manage inventory for packaging supplies while assisting cross-functional teams with small projects. Cross-train in Customer Care functions to ensure seamless patient experiences and meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and familiarity with FedEx
- Pass drug screening test, background check, pre-employment verification process
- Read, understand, and be compliant with HIPAA
- Ability to stay motivated with repetitive work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in the English language
- Ability to work with technology including but not limited to Propel, Zendesk, Guru, Outlook, Teams, and Tabz
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Working Conditions: Standing, walking, sitting, reaching above shoulders, reaching waist level, reaching below knee, climbing, lifting above shoulder up to 20 lbs and lifting waist level up to 20 lbs. Occasional handling of 50 lbs ice pack boxes.
