Job Summary
Shipping Administrator coordinates and communicates across Production, Shipping, and Sales to schedule shipments, build and track BOLs against pick tickets, allocate materials, and manage shipments (including LTL) while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely updates to Sales. Requires proficiency with MS Office, strong communication, and organizational skills to support early/partial shipments and production updates.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Business, sales, and/or logistics
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
- Attention to detail in handling company/employee business
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
