Job Summary
Forklift Driver in Shipping on the 3rd shift at the Hegins Plant (PA) responsible for loading trucks, gathering components to complete orders, wrapping or staging products, and ensuring items are placed correctly for loaders. Reads and interprets orders, uses scanning systems, maintains a clean, safe work area, and adheres to quality standards. Works in a team to meet daily/weekly production goals, with overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions, standard procedures, and production orders
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read and understand a basic tape measure to 1/16 inch
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand and move frequently while performing repetitive tasks

- Ability to follow quality and safety requirements
- Customer service mentality and goal-oriented work
- Ability to read and understand loading processes and responsibilities
- Operate a forklift
