Job Summary
Receive and process incoming shipments accurately, verify products for damage and labeling, and coordinate schedules to support warehouse operations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, moving inventory to designated storage areas efficiently. Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and assist with scheduled physical inventory counts. Provide backup support to Counter & Inside Sales staff and perform other duties as assigned. This role is based in Sudbury, ON, with an expected hourly wage of $21 to $23 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably an industrial setting
- Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to all tasks
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Effective time management and punctuality
- Superior organizational skills
- Team player who is ready and willing to jump in to support
- Basic level or higher knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel)
- Must be available for Sudbury, ON location (1300 Lorne Street, Sudbury, ON, P3C 5N1)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools and warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklifts, etc) strongly preferred
