Job Summary
Shipper/Receiver role responsible for coordinating and monitoring product shipments to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining records of all shipping activities, and liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Responsibilities include creating picklists, converting picklists to invoices, pulling products from inventory for shipment, assisting with packaging, and communicating changes on sales orders to ensure on-time shipment. Requires experience in order management, shipping, or logistics; strong communication and coordination skills; knowledge of shipping processes; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines; and proficiency with shipping software.
Required Qualifications
- Possess ample experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good understanding of shipping processes and logistics
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in using shipping software and other relevant tools
