Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming tires and wheels while preparing and shipping outgoing product accurately. Load, unload, and move inventory safely throughout the shift, checking shipments for accuracy and damage to ensure proper documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area while supporting inventory control through cycle counts and record accuracy. Work closely with the store team to keep operations running smoothly, adhering to safety protocols and lifting requirements for tires weighing 30–50 lbs or more. This temporary, hands-on role supports Kal Tire's automotive operations at Vernon locations, offering full-time or part-time hours with a supportive, safety-focused team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- Valid driver's license
- Full-time availability for the duration of the contract
- Ability to lift and move tires (30–50 lbs or more) throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction
- Commitment to working safely at all times
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
