Job Summary
Shipper/Receiver at Hunter Truck in Clarksburg, NJ, responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and routing shipments; matching shipment details to invoices/BOLs; determining pickup vs. delivery vs. shop repair; stocking parts and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse; conducting inventory counts; coordinating with inventory control on returns and slow-moving stock; operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks) and using PPE; maintaining shipping-material inventories; collaborating with drivers and outside sales staff to stage parts for delivery or pickup; adhering to health and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 months related experience (or equivalent combination)
- Basic computer knowledge required
- OSHA-approved forklift certification required
