Job Summary
Load and unload trucks and vans, weight, label, and move customer parts using a forklift; accurately confirm incoming counts and complete paperwork for incoming/outgoing loads; manage UPS and FedEx deliveries and shipments; train new shippers as needed; maintain forklift safety and 5-S housekeeping; perform load building for Mentor and Minerva; set up Deere shipments and other orders; communicate with customers to schedule pickup and provide inventory information; follow shop orders and ensure only parts ready for delivery are loaded; assist other areas as needed and maintain safe operations.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
