Shipper I

Shipper I responsible for transaction, receipt and shipment of goods (foreign and domestic) and maintaining documentation. Duties include updating the order entry system with current shipments, preparing packing lists and C of C's, receiving materials into the ERP against open purchase orders, communicating receiving issues, maintaining inventory of shipping materials, preparing requisitions, performing special packaging to ensure delivery of a quality product, keeping shelves stocked, following safety procedures, and overtime/alternate shifts may be required. May cross-train in other departments and may be asked to pick up/deliver materials in company vehicle. Requires ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; basic computer skills; valid driver’s license; ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; U.S. work authorization; ITAR-related status as applicable.
