Job Summary
CTR Group is looking for experienced Shipfitters with at least 5 years of experience in ship repair, especially in a naval or shipyard environment. Positions are full-time with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a pay range of $30 to $38 per hour plus per diem for non-local candidates. Recently separated or retired Navy Hull Technicians are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years repair experience as a Shipfitter
- US citizenship
- Experience in ship repair
- Dbids eligibility
- Ability to pass tack test
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiently skilled in multi-pass tack welding
- Successful completion of a criminal background screen and drug test
