Job Summary
Export Customer Service role focused on assisting customers with inquiries, coordinating bookings with carriers and warehouses, preparing shipping documents, and monitoring shipments from booking to arrival. Responsibilities include handling local and overseas inquiries about rates, confirming bookings, tracking shipments, liaising with shippers on discrepancies, and coordinating with sales and documentation teams. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, English communication skills, and preferably 1 year experience in Ocean/Air freight; NVOCC knowledge is beneficial. Onsite in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year similar experience in the Ocean / Air freight industries
- Basic knowledgeable in NVOCC business will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate and write in English
